1. Refund rules by product type
(A) Digital templates (one-time digital goods)
- Because digital files/access are delivered, no refund is offered after payment is complete (Final Sale).
- Duplicate charges, payment errors, or technical failures where access (download/link) was never provided may be handled after review via Support.
(B) Subscription newsletter (PRO, etc.)
- You may cancel the subscription at any time.
- Amounts already billed and paid for the current period (e.g. the current month) are not refunded.
(C) Custom research
- Before work starts (typically before written consent, payment, and research scope are finalized), a full refund is available.
- After work has started, no refund is provided unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payment and refund processing
Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider (e.g. a Merchant of Record platform). If a refund is issued, it is usually returned to the original payment method and may take several days. Specific timing follows the checkout screen, receipt, and that provider's policy.
